my 3 year old only says about 20 words and the rest is jibberish she also has stomach issues and sleeping issues she also has separation anxiety

I suspect the stomach and sleeping issues are behaviours related to her anxiety.  The "speaking" issues are probably a separate problem - have you seen a speech pathologist or even your pediatrician about these issues?  So much can be accomplished with early intervention.  All the best ....

My daughter made up her own language. She can say several English words, but the rest is in her own words. We were advised that she has apraxia of speech. Seek help from a speech therapist familiar with different dx's.
