after stroke

Hı my dad had an histemik stroke for three month...he use  very well his right leg and hand, he don't have any problem of his legs/hands...his first  important problem is aphasia...he can not speak, he can not say any words....ı need to know when it will be begin to recover his speech? what should we do?
