developmental disorder in a 3 year old kid

my 3 year old son does not speak and is very hyper. such as he gets angry if he is not given attention and screams loudly the whole day. what kind of exact disorder is suffering from ?

Only your doctor can figure that out.  There is a wide range of disorders and it takes a medical history, etc. to deduce the reason or reasons.  What has been done to figure it out??

I would definitely consult a developmental pediatrician. Meanwhile, as you wait for your consultation I would start speech and occupational therapy. The sooner you start therapy the better! Your son sounds very much like my daughter who has autism, but it very well could be another developmental disorder. Often they tend to have similar symptoms. A personal doctor can help you sort through all the conditions.
