pronouncing 'R'

My daughter is 4.5 years old and she can't pronounce "r",she says "l" instead. Is there any way to help her with this?  Also, she sounds like a little girl when she says words that contain "sh" sound . It sounds more like "s". Please somebody tell me if I need to see a speech therapist for this or this is something that will be fixed by a certain age and when.
