The spinal surgeo has advised me surgery
Kindly advise me wether the surgery is the only reliable/best option
This is a support forum, and we can not tell u to have surgery or not, but the fact ur report is severe spinal stinosis, and u r not sure, get a 2nd opinion from a different spinal Dr.....and see what he says, if surgery is again the option, then decide which dr u were most comfortable with.
Having surgery of ne kind is not something we want to choose to do, but we also need help and guidance in making the right choice...with the right Drs.
We will support ur decision and share ur journey with u....but, the decision has to be urs.
