cirvical stenosis

sir/madem in my mri dr found mild annular blug and posterior osteophyte causing grade1 neuroformainal stenosis with ap acnal stenosis with resultantsubtle/mild compression at the level with normal signal petterm of cord. sir thair is chilness in my bottam of left leg and mild pain also and time by time small and next to small finger of left
hand get pressure like symptoms in night can i recover from this dieases as my physciotherapy and yoga with allopathy medicins are startsand if yes how much time will it take becouse by profession i cant left running bike daily at least 20 km. pls give suggestion or treatment of your kind pls

ne compression to the spinal cord disrupts CSF flow and it can cause all sorts of sx and issues....

I know that this may impact ur work life and social life as well but u need to see ur Dr and possibly a few others and compare treatment options and go with ur gut as to what is best for u.
