I am new to forums and hope this forum can help me out. I am 58 years old, male, and had brain surgery to stop epilepsy. Complications in the brain surgery caused me to have a stroke. This took place about 7 years ago. I am slowly improving. I am at a stage now where half my body is paralysed. I am trying to revive this paralyzed condition. I do exercises and go to a physical therapist.
My question is:
I keep having spasms, cramps and sharp pains in my right leg and arm when I exercise. Should I keep up the exercise? What do I do?
