Could I have cancer?
I have a bloated stomach every time I eat. It started a couple years ago but just once in awhile but now it's every time I eat, I don't have much of an appetite. I usually eat fruit for breakfast and then something small for dinner. My stomach is really bloated and gurgling. I'm not constipated I go every day. My periods have also been longer than normal and I start bleeding after sex. My dad died from stomach cancer,

Hi there!

Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. Possibilities that may need to be considered include GI, infections, inflammations, GERD, GI ulcers, dietary causes, stress/ anxiety, malabsorption syndromes, motility disorders, hormonal/ endocrine abnormalities etc. I would suggest consulting a primary care physician or a gastroenterologist for a detailed evaluation. After a cause is identified it can be managed accordingly.
For irregular periods and post-coital bleeding it is advised to consult a gynaecologist.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!
