Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. Possibilities that may need to be considered include GI, infections, inflammations, GERD, GI ulcers, dietary causes, stress/ anxiety, malabsorption syndromes, motility disorders, hormonal/ endocrine abnormalities etc. I would suggest consulting a primary care physician or a gastroenterologist for a detailed evaluation. After a cause is identified it can be managed accordingly.
For irregular periods and post-coital bleeding it is advised to consult a gynaecologist.
Hope this is helpful.
