URGENT :( need some friendly advice abdominal pain
hey everyone im new to this first off all i have sever anxiety/stress but the last week and a half i have been having dull pain (3/10) pain in my right side near my appendix kinda a bit up from my appendix actually. i have been to the doctors he felt my stomach and said its either a bug or trapped wind/stool although after i passed wind/stool i did feel a little better but then it came back within the hour. it has now been giving me really short dizzy spells and the pain has moved more to the side of my right body so really scared that its CANCER (no history of cancer in family/s) or something serious Sad im 20 year old healthy male.
