Nervous Stomach Treatment
Okay so I definitely have a problem with nervous stomach and TUMS won't help. When I get read for work I start feeling a little nausea, and i start choking a little on phlegm/mucus. I spit it up, but it's like when I get nervous I get huge amounts of it in my stomach. Eventually I throw up and it's all acid and mucus, normally not food or anything. This is why i'm so sure it's just nerves and not a type of food. Please help if you've had this in your experience before, it's frustrating because half the time I don't even wanna go out with my friends because my stomach acts up even when I'm not consciously worried about anything.
