Please help with any info..thanks

Male. ive been really stressed out lately and when i do i have these tingles in my inner thighs and also slight pain under my jaw and under my armpits...and also sight pain in my testicles...no lumps or bumps or pain when i urinate or anything like that...just like pain here and there...not sure what is causing all this but perhaps it is stress...my mom passed away just recently and i am under alot of pressure at work and would really like some insight on this...so if anyone has any knowledge on these issues please help...thanks
