Stressed!!

I have been stressed out for a very long time.. Does anyone have a good way to relieve stress without resorting to pills??

I use imagery/meditation CD's to calm and relax on a daily basis. Also, biofeedback helps.. Sometimes talking to a counselor might help as well. Exercise, is always good to relieve stress.  I saw your comment ":tired of being in pain" what is causing your pain? I have chronic back pain and it does increase anxiety and fear. I have done all the things above and it helped.

Exercise, joga, or keeping yourself busy.

Yes I understand. I would try biofeedback and walking. These two helped me the most.  Be careful if you do yoga many people get injured (I have twice) by doing simple postures. You may want to take a class instead of watching a video.
