Check your vitamin d level. It can cause random aches and pains if too low.. Stress and anxiety can also cause body aches, but you should check other things first. Hope u get well soon

STRESS CAN MAKE YOUR LIFE MISERABLE...IF YOU ARE WORKING TO MUCH OR HAVE A PROBLEM THAT IS STRESSING YOU OUT. TAKE CARE OF IT. IF THERE'S A SOLUTION, RESOLVE IT, NOW IF THERE'S NO SOLUTION, THEN DON'T LET IT GET TO YOU..THE BEST THERAPY IS EXERCISE...GO FOR A WALK OR JOG...OR DO SOME ZUMBA OR ANY DANCE...GO OUT WITH YOUR BEST FRIEND..HUBBY OR SOMEONE YOU ENJOY VERY MUCH. THAT WILL RELAX YOU. IF YOU ARE MARRIED OR HAVE A SIGNIFICANT OTHER, THEN TRY SOMETHING DIFFERENT IN THE BED ROOM...SPICE IT UP...STRESS IS AN ILLNESS, AND WILL LEAD TO MAYOR PROBLEMS...WHEN YOU LET YOUR BODY GO AND DON'T CARE..FOR EXAMPLE..THE BODY WILL START SHUTING DOWN..OUR BODY IS A WONDERFULL COMPLEX SYSTEM AND IT SHOULD BE MAITAINED..PHYSICALLY, EMOTIONALLY, SPIRITUALLY..PRAYER CHANGES THINGS, IF YOU ARE A BELIEVER ....

Yes it can. It can even make you feel like you're having a heart attack. Your whole body can hurt too.

ABSOLUTELY!!!
It's actually been medically proven, that stress can not only cause pain, it can do serious damage to your body. Physical ailments from stress, can range any where from feeling uncomfortable, breathless or aches and pains, to as severe as, hair loss, (falling out in chunks for some) severe fatigue, hrart palpitations or racing heartbeat, insomnia, loss of not only appetite but also weight or the exact oposite, migraines, tremors, low grade fever, Mononucleosis, stomach ulcer/s or bleeding stomach ulcer/s even heart attack or organ failure and the list goes on and on. Bottom line, stress is not only mentally exhausting, it can also do serious damage to the human body and mind. If it's effecting your life in any way (i.e. physical ailments/illness, sleeplessness, sudden and/or chronic fatigue, concentration issues, obsessive thoughts or behaviors, libido, relationship issues with family/friends/coworkers,etc.) that it's causing issues or disrupting your life or way of living, it is pertinent that you seek medical advise/attention from a doctor.
Hang in there I know it's tough. While there may or maynot be a solution to what's causing your stress, there are a number of different things that can help a person to cope and deal with stress, to get them back to a happier, calmer life and help you to feel like yourself again. :)
