It is stressful to finish school and try to find an entry level position. Maybe talk to a job coach about how to improve or work on your job finding skills and interview techniques.
Stress can for sure be a reason for your problem and I think smoking probably just tops it right off.
What you put into your body including the food you eat makes a huge impact on how you function. Focus on you and being healthy. Quitting smoking and having some form of exercise would help you out. It would not only help with your dysfunction but it would help with your stress.
If you think it would help you then you should seek some professional help and have someone to talk to.
Hope this helps and good luck with your job hunt.
