does stress cause pimples in the back ?

at about 2 months ago i had stress and i notice that in my back i start to get pimples all over and when i go to sleep it start to hurt me when i stay on them i mean and right now its gettin away but they are leavin me a drown mark and i dont like it because my back is full of spotts

can someone tells me if its this cause of the stress i appricate if someone help

I have heard of a guy breaking out because of finals.. I get pimple on my back sometimes, but if you think its stress... buy some epson salt and take a bath. wash your sheets and blankets. dont wear dirty clothes. If your skins dry or oily, find out if it could be your lotion or if you drink enough water. Take vitamins.

thank you so much for your help i appricate alot ..... yes i think its stress because i noticed this pimples come out when i be in stress when i be calm like right now for example i dont have nothin ... i do drink about 2-3 liters everyday of water but its sparkling water the other water the still one i mean i dont like it much
