Is there any other way to deal with mood swings being that I'm on bed rest

have to tried to do things that made you happy that what my doctor told me do things thats makes you happy and not worry about the outside

i usually read a lot of inspirational books,plus journaling i say is a very keen idea,by saying this,it allows you to express your true feeling with out the possibilities of maybe offended others.sometimes after you have written your most inner thoughts and have reread through them you might see in black and white that there is light at the end of the tunnel
