Hello Will,

Yes, chiropractors can be a great help in relieving pain in your back and neck due to stress.  Moderate excercise can also be a great help in keeping stress in check.  I work as a computer programmer and I sit at a desk all day five days a week.  I also have a passion to help others using hypnosis.  I am a certified hypnotist and I have relaxation video's available online in Yahoo.  They are free and I am posting my link for you to learn more about hypnosis.  If you have questions please send me a reply message and I will be happy to answer any of your questions.
