35 yrs old and TIAs

I had a TIA while lying in bed one morning about 1 year ago.  I ended up having high cholesterol.  No blockage, no abnormal arteries. I have normal cholesterol now, quit smoking, weigh 200lbs, 6'1", white male.
For the last 4 weeks, i have been running/walking for about 30min, 3-4 times a week.  I have noticed better endurance, so I have been pushing myself harder and running more than walking.
This morning, at peak heart rate I had another TIA (tingly fingers, bad coordination with hand, tingly tongue/face).

any advice?? I'm really nervous because i thought the cholesterol problem was the probelm...

Hi,

Sorry to hear about your TIA's.

Whilst your cholesterol may have been a problem, it may just have been a contributory one.  I woul recommend getting yourself thoroughly checked out.  A TIA is a warning of a full blown stroke waiting to happen.  You really don't want to go there, so please try to get checked out.
