Any Suggestions

I am a 30 year old male that suffered a stroke at the age of 20. I have no contributing factors, no family hx of strokes and was dx. with MS in 1998.I have been on Plavix for 2 yrs which was my only treatment for the stroke. I developed periods of confusion and weakness one month ago so I visited my neurologist who then sent me for an MRI/MRA of the brain. The results were significant of numerous small infarcts througout both cerebellar hemispheres with a recent one in the superior left cerebellar hemisphere. The recommendation was to treat for a possible vessel disease. I was admitted to a university hospital with one of the best stroke teams. Diagnostic tests like a TEE, and angiogram, lab work were performed and were negative. I then was discharged three days later and returned to the emergency dept the next day with slurred speech and left sided weakness. I then was diagnosed with a left thalamus subacute infarct. During this admission I was tested for rare diseases that all came back negative and a spinal tap that was also negative. The Docs are saying I don't have MS... I was discharged yesterday and was told that the cause of strokes are unknown. I continue to have numbness in my left side and am having trouble walking.. Any suggestions of other options that I may have???  Please help I am so young and it is so scary to not know why I am experiencing these strokes.
