Anyone else have residual symptoms of TIA stroke?

5 years ago I woke up to a TIA stroke! I was taken to the ER stayed over night then released! I was really sick and weak for a month after that! I couldn't keep any food down. I had a lot of tingling on my hands and sometimes on my face! Then I noticed trouble with speech and memory! And because it was a TIA I thought it go away and I'd be fine! 5 years later I still have issues forgetting things! Trouble speaking sometimes, hard to get the words out or I stutter! So now I'm wondering was it a bigger stroke? All the tests came back negative for brain damage and I have no blocked arteries then and now! I'm 38 years old and it's frustrating forgetting things and not being able to speak sometimes. Has anyone else dealt with this??
