Can i get a DNR for myself

I know this will sound crazy but I am i think a healthy person at the moment but I want a DNR for myself in case I get a Stroke or any other condition which will leave me severely disabled.  How do i do this i live in the Uk

I guess my major fear is paralysis especially paralysis below the neck or locked in sydrome I just could bear to live like that and would honestly rather die.  Its something that scares me so much

If you are relively healthy you are foolish to seek a DNR. If you touch an electrical wire, for example, and go into ventricular fibrillation the condition is easily reversible if you are defibrillated in time. With a DNR you have committed suicide. For practical purposes, unless you are in a nursing home or a hospital a DNR is meaningless. First responders aren't going to be poking around your apartment looking for it.
