Cerebellum Stroke

My father had a brain stroke in the left side of the cerebellum , he's been sick for almost 2 years, he's 63 years old Im only 21 and Im really concerned , he feels dizzy absolutely all the time and he has trouble for walking .He closes his eyes oftenly . He's always asking me if one day he'll feel better, if the dizziness will someday go away sometimes I read his notes and find out he's having suicidal thoughts . Please help !
