Chrinic microvascular ischemic changes

My MRI showed chronic microvascular ischemic changes within the periventrical and deep white matter bilaterally as well as within the pons. I am a 62 year old woman who exercises 4-5 times a week. exercise classes. my chorostel is 165 with the help of 10gm liptors. blood pressure is 120/60. What does it mean???
