I drove myself to the ER, where I was admitted upon holding a heart rate between 125bpm and 150bpm and BP of 137/74. An ECGEcg Electrocardiogram (ecg) Exercise stress test Post myocardial infarction ecg wave tracings was administered and a CBC was done. Ultimately the doctor saw fit to simply give me a dose of Ativan intraveneously to calm my heart and I was released several hours later.
About 48 hours later the tingling in my foot returned, as did a small measure of light headedness. I am concerned I may have suffered a TIA, as a result of these symptoms though, I was on the tail end of an extended study binge, with poor nutrition, and not a whole hell of a lot of sleep.
SHould I follow up for more tests, or rest assured that was the end?
I went through a similar thing, and was wondering about that also. The right side of my body became numb. My right arm would fall down while I tried to hold both arms out. I felt like I wasn't in control my movements. My heart beat was very strong. My vision went from blurry to extremely focused repeatedly. The back of my head, closer to my neck, felt weird i'm not sure how to describe it. This lasted about 10 minutes for me though.
Maybe the combination of prolonged adderall (adderrall) use and sleep deprivation and possibly a lack of food made a really good combination for some unwanted reactions. I don't know if this was an episode of TIA or just a combination of side effects. Could it be a passing blood clot?
I didn't have trouble speaking, or walking, nor did I have a headache.
I have been taking adderall (adderrall) recreationaly for about 2 years about once a week. That time I had taken 40mg IR which is more then what I would usually take.
