My 29 years old fiance just had an ischemic stroke on the left side of her brain 25 days ago. She is recovering very quickly and got amazing hospital care and rehab. I noticed last night that in dim lighting, her right pupil was definitly larger than the left one. I didn't notice this at all in the last 25 days and it scared me a little. She is having some periferal vision trouble but she said that her vision is clear otherwise and she doesn't notice any difference. Should I be medically concerned about the difference in pupil size or is that ok?
