Dr. posted the following note on my visit summary Ct scan with lacunar infa

My doctor wrote the following note on my visit summary.
Ct scan with lacunar infarction.
I was depressed last year and taking Prozac.  One day at work I became dizzy and couldn't remember what I was doing or how to do it.  I was subsequently fired due to errors I made trying to work through the problems that I caused trying to do my work.
I'm a bookkeeper and have been for over 30 years.  The errors I made were the type of errors one would make in the beginning of a career, not in the middle of one.  I'm fine now but have little confidence in my work since that incident.  I tire easily and find myself zoning off someitmes for an extended period of time. Any worries for me?  Did I have a stroke? Can't talk with the doctor.  I was cancelled by Kaiser during one of my zoning off periods for non-payment.
The Cat scan was for headaches caused by TMJ said the neurogist that I saw for the headaches.  She never mentioned the lacunar infarction.  In addition to the headaches I have asthma, high blood pressure and cholesterol,  hypothyroidism, pernicious anemia, and a family history of stroke on both sides [my mom had a stroke at age 45, my younger sister at age 55 and my Dad just died from a stroke, age 82] and diabetes.  I had a hysterectomy at age 28. I am now 59.  Off the Prozac and feeling fine most of the time.
