Dry Gangerene in Left Arm Fingers - Arterial Thrombosis

Dear sir,
My non-diabetic non-hypertensive 48 yr old mother has suddenly developed dry Gangrene on last two figers of her left hand in which one third length of both fingers are blacked out from the tips. This now seems to be aggravating, the Thumb has also turned blue half way. MR Angiography report shows Thrombosis in the left subclavian artery and Ambolised thrombosis in the brachial artery blocking the Radial and Ulnar artery. Only a small segment of Radial Artery seen in Proximal forearm with collateral formation. MRA shows Narrowing of Right proximal Peroneodipial trunk and left proximal SFA. Venus malfunction ? Varix in Right subclavian vein. Gangrene is increasing towards the proximal Phalanx. The right hand is Normal. Doctors have dual opinion, some trying to revive/stop expanse through medications like Clexane, Acitrom, Ecosprin, Nifidipine, Pentocid and Trental but these do'nt seem to be working. Other Doctors say we should go in for surgery. We're confused as to what are the risks involved with surgery. What kind of surgery would be required ? Is there any other medicine which could be added ? Would Stellate Gangleonic block be helpful? Please help !

Sir, The Ring and the little fingers have turned Purple (and not black).Thrombosis is at Left subclavian Artery near the Origin of the vertebral Artery with obstruction in Distal brachial Artery and Radial and Ulnar arteries.
Do you think Catheterisation may also cause stroke ? Do you think the thrombosis once removed may still reappear/redeposit somewhere downstream with time ? We have not measured Blood Oxygen and Cholestrol levels yet.
