Having a baby after a stroke

I lost my son from preeclampsia in 2001. My blood pressure was very high. I had a stoke a year ago, and now I am pregnant. I want this baby but I am scared. I am over 300lbs, I have hypertension and high colesterol, I want to keep the baby what are my risk.
