by Runhillrun, Nov 02, 2009 12:11PM
Anyone else out there have ZERO risk factors for stroke, 100% clean bill of health but no reason why the stroke occured? Where do you go from here?
Who can answer the clinical symptoms left when your doctor has no advice?

Runhillrun,
Three years ago,
I also had a stroke with zero risk factors...
The doctor's found no reason for the stroke.
I was 45 years old at the time.
It is unusual to have a stroke at that young age.

Although you dont know what caused it,
you want to make sure you're doing all that's RIGHT to avoid
another one. This includes

Eating healthy
exercising
plenty of rest

I hope this helps...
