Interactions among coumadin, lipitor eczema

After about 8 years on coumadin (due to idiopathic stroke and lung embolism), I started lipitor and recently developed mild eczema. Is there any evidence that this may be due to drug interaction? Is is feasible that coumadin might cause vitamin K deficiency, which might cause eczema?
