Lateral Rectus Palsy - Looking for specialist in NYC/CT area

Although never suffering from a stroke, my grandfather has lateral rectus palsy and trouble seeing due to double-vision. We are looking for a specialist in the CT/NY area who can offer suggestions about treatment. This was diagnosed 2 years ago and seems to be getting worse. Can someone suggest someone who is an expert in this field that he can talk to?
