Male 23-Possible TIAs?? Help please

Sometimes while i am dreaming, I will starting experiencing intense pressure in my head and i can't tell if it is real or if i am just dreaming. This is not a headache or anything of the sort. It is a throbing pain as if my brain is expanding and contracting and is just getting ready to explode. In the dream, i feel alot of pain and pressure in my head and i start screaming....and then i wake up. The only thing that scares me is that when i wake up, i actually feel a little pain in my head.

Basically, it feels as though all the blood rushes to my head at once and my arteries in my brain briefly expand until the pressure dissapates...only lasts maybie 30 seconds..No pain, just as though for a moment my brain turns to a rock

Last night I had only two beers before going to bed usually I have 4, it helps me fall asleep and stay asleep..This pressure bull**** comes and goes, im just worried one day im gonna have an anuerism

anyone else ever feel this? By the way my blood pressure is under control but I do chew a little tobacco right before sleeping, as its sort of a night cap if you will
