EEG report: This is an abnormal EEG report. It shows a poorly organised and unreactive cerebral activity. Please correlate with other clinical/ laboratory evidence.
CT scan report: A nonhemorrhagic infarct in the deep periventricular white matter in right fronto-parietal region, in the right MCA territory. Few lacunar infarcts in parietal periventricular white matter bilaterally. Bilateral maxillary and ethmoidal sinusitis.
