Presyncope when Sitting Down

It started last month then after seeing a chiropractor, it went away for two weeks and then now its back again. Each time I sit down, I started having presyncope symptoms (the usual lightheadedness, blurred vision) and also feeling numbness in my extremities. I went to an urgent care last night and they told me its stress, the Doctor checked my heart for irregular heart beats but they are all normal. Also checked the sugar and its all normal. What is happening to me? =,(
