Question about TIA

im 29 years old with low blood pressure and ive been having what i think are TIA but stroke neurologists dont think so. Could you please answer a few TIA questions

1) my sysmptoms are bacially every day for last 7 months give or take a few days.with the symptoms waxing and waning during the days.i asked them if this is normal.They said you wouldnt have TIAs everyday.then i researched it and found people do have them every day and multiple times...Whats the deal

2) what is the capsular
warning syndrome.does this sound like a possiblity

3) my symptoms are.feeling of fullness in ears left side weak sensation..although neurologist said no true weakness..facial crawling on oppisite side.and now heaviness seem to switch back and forth sides..also have had stinging feelingsin face and body also myclonic jerks i think they are called..this has been for 7 months....from my research this seems like BASILAR artery or brainstem stuff..all MRIs normal though.what else could it be?

4) Last question what could cause a sensation of weakness but no true weakness.....maybe sensory stroke symptoms.?Please im going crazy here
