Stroke, Sezures what is it?

I went to bed, I closed my eyes and then my head and brain jerked hard and my jaw shut hard all at the same time more than once. What could cause that? I had a stroke when I was 5 yrs old but there is not any proof of that. I have a lot of syptoms (symptoms) of having grand-mal sezures but none of my doctors have diagnosed me for having them.
