LAST NIGHT I WAS SITTG DOWN WATCHING TV.i SUDDENTLY FELT A WARM TINGLING FEELING SHOT UP MY BODY. i COULDNT CATCH MY BREATH. I FLT A PAIN IN MY CHEST, THEN IT FELT LIKE FLUDDERS. tHE LEFT SIE OFMY FACE STILL TINGLES AD MY LEFT ARM TINGLES ON AND OFF. I STILL FEEL FROM TIME TO TIME LIKE I CANT CATCH MY BREATH. I'M ONLY 27, I NEED ANSWERS, HELP!!!!

Have you been to the ER? That is where you should be with odd symptoms like that. No one can tell you if it is a stroke or not until you've had the proper medical tests...I would think any kind of sudden numbness would be an emergency and possibly serious stuff like stroke or MS.
