I can't answer time between flying but I do know that people take both coumadin and dilantinDilantin Dilantin infatabs Dilantin kapseals Dilantin-125. My mother in-law has been on dilantin for the past 22 years and has recently suffered a heart attack and stroke. This has added coumidin to the mix.
