TIA

Patient is 65 years old and 74Kg,felt sudden weekness on right side of his body(on 1-7-06) along with dysarthrea which was sudden in onset.NON smoker,no history of dibetes,normal cholestrol and TG, B.P is 140/90 . disprine was given immediatlty at the time of TIA.recoverd completely in 5 hours with a problem in vision only(diplopia)with presevered conciousness.
he is much better now, what preventions should be taken and the appropiate test for further investigations??
