Transient Ischemic Attack or Panic/Anxiety Attack? O

Okay, hello, I am a 22 year old male and I believe I suffered a TIA (Mini-Stroke) and am fighting to just get an appointment with a neurologist. On the 20th of April I was driving when I noticed sudden pins and needles. First in my nose, then my gums, then spreading down my body until my entire body was numb with pins and needles and I began shaking. I believed I was having a seizure so I fought to pull my car over and realized I could barely move at all. I was paralyzed and fighting to regain movement. Full body rigidity. I managed to get my car door open and fell out. I then managed to dial 911 (though my fingers were barely moving, imagine being out in a blizzard with a cold temperature for a long time and your fingers being cold and rigid, it was like that) and said I think I'm having a stroke, but my speech came out slurred as if I were deaf. Part of my face may have been paralyzed but I was in a state of pure fear and cannot recall. It definitely felt numb. I felt like I was going to pass out so tried to move around as best I could. Gradually (in the span of a minute or two) I lost the rigidity and my body began to feel normal again. Soon first responders were there and I told them my fear of TIA. They took blood sugar and blood pressure and it was normal. Did the FAST test and it was normal. I went to the ER and they conducted some blood tests and an EKG, everything was normal. Electrolytes, blood sugar, everything normal. Does this sound like a TIA? I find myself going in again and again trying to find a doctor who will just let me see a neurologist for help and am being referred to a mental health program as doctors feel it was a severe panic attack. I'm very depressed as I feel like doctors do not care. I'm going to once again go to my usual walk in clinic and try to get at the very least a carotid artery. If the doctors didn't do their best the first time, whatever, but I don't want to die over this or suffer a major stroke when it could be prevented. Please help if you are versed in this or a neurologist.
