Very high temperature, dizziness, heart pounding in ear and stomacheaches

I am 12 years old. I tried to check up what I have because I can't contact my parents and they have no idea what it is and I'm honestly worried and scared.

I had the flu so I decided to sleep. I got really cold and I started shaking wildly so I grabbed a blanket and decided to sleep. When I woke up I had to lay in bed for about one minute because my vision was very blurry, I had stiff muscles and my whole body was "sleeping." I tried to walk it off but I kept feeling the room spinning a bit and was scared to go downstairs because I didn't want to fall.. My body feels insanely hot like boiling water but I cannot find the thermometer so I'm saying this off of my pain. I still have the flu and my nose was bothering me so I tried to sneeze and the back of my neck hurts really bad. I then felt like there were sharp needles going in my skin on my leg, foot, back, sides, and arms. It's been about 20 minutes now and it still feels the same.

Sounds like you have a bad flu.  Tell your parents.  I'm sure they know what to do. Like I always tell my children, if you need help you have to tell me because I can't read your mind.

Although flu symptoms and fever are usually easy to spot.

Nataliegl, that does not sound good.  I would recommend seeing a doctor asap or telling your parents.  How are you feeling today?
