prior study carotid showed no problems

what does this MRI head WO CON   mean

may be mild or early bilateral frontal lobe atrophy
minimal white matter lacunar infarcts present but no distinct demyelinating disease process. diffusion wt images do not cerebrovascular accident. small bright signal found in optic radiations at junction of the occipital lobe on left supportive of white matter microinfarct.
no demyelinating disease process. scattered lacunar infarcts. white matter microinfarcts in pathway of optic radiations on left may be acute
