What happened to me in my sleep?

Since April this year, I have had the same intense headache, like a tension/pressure between my eyes and extending up over the top of my head, feels like a heavy weight is sitting on my head all the time.   This headache hasn't broken at all, and it doesn't vary in intensity much if at all.   I also have episodes of unusual severe positional vertigo which the room doesn't stop spinning unless I sit back up, even if I lay still for an hour.   I also feel waves of confusion, anxiety, and fear, as if I'm in a dream-like state.

One night about 2 weeks ago, I woke up with the usual headache, and my right arm and leg felt "asleep".    I couldn't move my leg at all, and barely could move my right arm.   Left limbs were normal.   After I stood up the feeling came back to my right limbs and they started moving again after about 30 seconds.  

Am i over-reacting, or based on my other symptoms, do i have something to worry about?    What are your thoughts on all my symptoms?    I have had negative MRI, MRA, of the brain and neck.

PS- I have also not been able to flex my left bicep for as long as I can remember, well before my symptoms first appeared.   The arm isn't weak, but I can't do the "bodybuilders" flex, whereas I can with my right arm.   i do not know if this is significant or not, but what could cause this?
