Has anybody come across a case when a patient with system vasculitis was cured in the result of  coma (for over 22 days)? Please, reply

do you mean the patient has systemic vasculitis?  or nervous system vasculitis?     vasculitis can be treated but depending on how deep the coma is -- you should talk to your doctors -- it may or may not be reversible.   if vasculitis has already resulted in strokes, it may be more difficult for someone to wake up.
