bowel incontinence after stroke

Almost 10 months ago,my Mother had stroke, which affected on her left side of body . Now besides all other problems (disability, depression, partially urinary incontinence, no motivation to do exercises,...) she has bowel incontinence, which makes her to have an accident at least 2-3 times a week. I am wondering how we should deal with this situation. Is there any treatment for bowel incontinence after stroke.
