did i have a stroke just worried

about a year ago i was perscibed a new medicaton ontop of the ones i was on (adderall (adderrall)) (prozc) (inplanon birth controll) and the new one (Maxalt) i read some where that some of these meds cause stroke. so after i took maxalt for the first time to relive a migane i had been having for about a month i didnt feel any better but the next moring i woke up felt normal o i got in my car and i didnt even make it down the street befor i drove over the other side and crashed into a telephone pole guide wire i have little memory of what actulay happened but i then continued driveing to my moms and she pointed out to me that i as not normal i was slurring my words not understaning her and stumbleing all over the place she told me to go to the hospital and my bf brought me because there was no way i was diving and the flushed my system but for the next 3 days my symptoms didnt go away and on the fourth day i began to get better but i dont know what happened to me that whole week and i have verry little memory of it it was like being permanently drunk for a whole week without drinking i also remember b4 the new medication was perscribed haveing a num arm and leg on one side of my body at the same time as the miganes if that helps at all.

someone please help and let me know if i shoud see some one about it

is alafleur i have a few more things to add i misspelled one of my medications it was (prozac) and also i was exspirincing chest pains and heave heart beats like a huge pounding and also irregular beats and some fluttering freeling befor ethe new med (maxalt) but ever since the reaction i havent had any mirganes or any of the chest pains and heart stuff
