don't know if heart problem or just bad heart burn

Sunday went to bed early because was very tired like my sugar drop. when was sleep I work up with bad chest pain and broke out in a sweat. I does got a heart problem call mirco value prolap. I don't know if have heart attack or just bad heart burn still have problem with chest still hurt. want could this be and this how type let know got back spell and gram problem.
