I have just spent a week at the Cleveland Clinic and am scheduled to the DBS procedure for thalamic pain before the end of the year.  If anyone knows anyone who has had a DBS procedure I am axious to speak with them.  If you are interested in learning more about DBS for Thalamic Pain there are numerous articles on the web if you search the cleveland clinic, Dr. Ali Rezai.

Please let me know how I can get in touch with you.  I will be having a DBS procedure done for thalamic pain just after Christmas.  My pain level is at an intolerable level. There is a 50% chance they will be able to help me.  If I fall within that 50% that they can help I can expect pain reduction to be between 30-70%.  You can email me directly at ***@**** Jack
