vision & memory loss after massive stroke

Hi everyone need help here.i have posted this question few months back also since then there is no improvement in my friend's vision after stroke past 9months still he can't see anything also there is huge memory loss he don't recognize me anymore.he has started talking a bit which is the only improvement so far but he's too weak to walk still on heavy medicines & doctor's are still unsure if his memory & vision will recover.its v painfull to see him suffer like that.

hey sara thanks for your comment.we already had 2nd opinion about his health & treatment is still on with some reputed doctors here but the thing is doctors are suggesting to wait & watch.unsure how much time it would take for his recovery.i wanna know if somebody has been thru same experience & recovered completely.

Your only recourse would be to get a second opinion about your friend's treatment.  But a major stroke can cause such symptoms which can be very unpredictable.
