feeling great

Well we dont get many success stories do we, and some good ones printed below, however I wanted to let you know a small one, I have had, in case you have had some of the same stuff happening, After some Dentistry that went wrong, wont go into the sordid detailsalthough I will tell you the Dentist was not functioning and did the wrong procedure., I digress...I suffered considerable pain and definatly had PSTD for many weeks, have come out of it now, heres where my success story starts ,in case you are  hanging on to the edge of your seats and waiting to hear, I thought with all the horrible symptoms that I may also have low Thyroid (runs in the Family) then I read on the Thyroid Forum that before you go for tests and treatments, check out if you could have Adrenal Insufficiency ....not wanting to go to Docs again I went to my local wonderful health food store "Sprouts" and got some Adrenal support Supplements. so guys , nearly at the punch line, bear with me... after 3 days the brain fog lifted, I felt "normal" again, (whatever normal is )  I seemed to be more energized than I had been no aches ,no pains ,no anxiety, Oh I thought I bet it last a couple odf days and I am back to it again, well several weeks later I am still feeling great, I am focused, I have clear memory , and that horrible brain fog has gone. Okay I told you I was a long winded originally Brit.

To: all who venture here
Well my success story for all of you desperate to hear more! was short lived ..however the best bit is even if I still have some wierd symptoms I find great comfort and success in doing my own research plus Complementary Med forum, instead of getting endless nonsense from the Medical professionals I visited in the past .now I can happily spend ages and money in the local Healthstore ........
